Miller and Levine Investigation

The Governor’s Office of Consumer Protection's Criminal Investigation Division is conducting an investigation of Miller and Levine in connection with allegations of theft, racketeering, and telemarketing fraud in a debt collection scheme allegedly operated from their offices at 187 Ben Burton Circle, Bogart, Georgia.
On September 28, 2010, the Office's Criminal Investigation Division served a search warrant during a multi-agency raid at Miller and Levine’s offices. As part of the raid, computers and client files were seized.
Consumers who have a complaint about Miller and Levine or feel that they have been a victim of any deceptive or illegal practices should send a typed explanation of their complaint, along with a copy of their contract and all correspondence with the business to:
